2. The cancellation above is called "Kogata-in" which is exactly different from "Fūkei-in". For instance, unlike "Fūkei-in" which is available semipermanently, "Kogata-in" is in principle available for a limited time only. And, its size is a little smaller than that of "Fūkei-in".
3. HAKODATE CPO 函館中央郵便局 runs this special post office. There are not a "Fūkei-in" of HAKODATE CPO at this special post office. If you want to get it, you have to go to HAKODATE CPO and ask the clerk to use it.
